Illya Kuryakin
Jerry Hilligoss started Illya Kuryakin under saddle when he was three. The tiger eyed cream stallion was a great ride, an excellent mover.
However, I never showed him much. In fact, I rarely took him off the farm. Shortly after he was started, an injury prevented me from riding for awhile, and I was not interested in anyone else riding him. When I was back in the saddle, I tended to ride and promote the finished stallions: Rowdy Yates, El Tigre Segundo, and later Timber Ghost. The accolades and awards those boys won are well-known. Meanwhile, Illya stayed home.
Now my loveliest stallion with superior movement and a pedigree filled with the breed's best is older with very few foals. It is time to share him before it is too late. We will breed some of our best to him this year. To offer him to other breeders who want the best, I am reducing his stallion fee. Call me at 903-407-0298, and tell me about your mare.
